Sanitizer Dilution Calculator

Calculate the sanitizer concentrate and water needed for a specified solution volume and target concentration.

How to use

  1. Copy the product name and concentration from the label or Safety Data Sheet in front of you. Do not guess a universal recipe.
  2. Enter the target concentration in ppm from that same label or from your teacher’s assignment—not a number this page recommends.
  3. Enter the final prepared solution volume (concentrate plus water).
  4. Read every warning. Never mix different cleaning or sanitizing chemicals.

Use the exact name on the container you have.

Read this from the label. Example placeholder only: 6 if the label says 6% active ingredient.

Enter the ppm your label, assignment, or local procedure specifies. This page does not choose a target for you.

This is the finished mixture (concentrate + water), not the water measured first.
