Pan Size Conversion Calculator
Adapt a recipe for a different baking-pan size or shape using pan area or capacity.
How to use
- Enter the original pan shape, dimensions, and how many pans you used.
- Enter the new pan the same way. Leave depth blank on both pans to compare surface area of shallow cakes.
- Include depth on both pans, or use muffin/Bundt capacities, when volume is the better comparison.
- Multiply each recipe amount by the factor. Baking time is not calculated.
